Angela Rayner was born Angela Evelyn Rayner on 28 March 1980, in Stockport, England. She grew up in a working-class family and attended comprehensive schools.
Motherhood and Relationships
Rayner became a young mother at the age of 16, giving birth to her son Ryan. She later married Mark Rayner in 2010, and they had two children together, Charlie and Millie.
Rayner and her husband separated in 2020. She has been outspoken about her experiences as a working mother and the challenges she faced raising a family while pursuing her political career.
